RDF has delivered a transparency portal to the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum in Afghanistan. The portal publishes data directly from MCAS and the payment processing system, NTRS. These efforts are to increase investor confidence in the Afghan mining sector and increase government revenues from the mining sector.
