The Revenue Development Foundation Board of Directors meet quarterly at the RDF offices in Oslo, Norway.

Aasmund Andersen (Chair)

Aasmund Andersen is the founder of RDF and has served as Chair since its establishment in 2009.

Bengt Ljunggren

Bengt is a former UNDP senior manager, now retired. Bengt managed UNDPs National Recovery Programme in Sierra Leone in the period 2002 to 2007, and acted as an incubator of good ideas to strenghten governance in low-income countries. Bengt has served as a board member since 2009.

Annika Dybwad

Annika has more than 20 years of Norweigan and international management experience. She is an Economist and has management experience from Bonnier, Orkla and Mars Group in Norway and J. Walter Thompson in Asia. She is well acquainted with both the public and private sectors through her various board member positions and is currently mentoring and coaching international leaders from Telenor, Nordnet Bank, Entercard and Statkraft. Annika joined the RDF board late 2015.

Paul DeVries

Paul is a senior consultant who has worked on a broad range of mining and mining-related environmental projects across Africa for 20 years. He is a geologist by training and has been involved extensively with IT system implementations using GIS and remote sensing. His international consulting career started in the mining sector in Bolivia and Ecuador in 1995, with extensive periods in Tanzania, Uganda, Sudan, Mongolia, Zambia and Ethiopia. Paul joined the RDF board in early 2015.

Erik Whist

Erik is a retired senior consultant with broad experience on development issues in more than 50 countries: policy analyses, feasibility studies, project design, appraisals, monitoring and supervision, reviews and evaluations, including being team leader for many large assignments. Erik has sector experience in environment and natural resources; physical infrastructure; social sectors; urban, regional and rural community development. Erik has worked on institutional development and public administration as well as development of civil society organizations. He has worked for various bilateral and multilateral donors, for NGOs as well as for a large number of Norwegian ministries and public institutions. Erik previously held the position of Chief of Division in the Norwegian public administration.
